Paul Davis has been a construction lawyer for over 35 years. He represents public owners, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and sureties. He advises clients in a broad range of their construction industry needs, including contract drafting and negotiation, occupational licensing, risk management, and the mediation, litigation, and arbitration of claims. Mr. Davis regularly drafts EPC agreements and energy service agreements, particularly for the solar energy industry. He is a former Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association Construction Law Section.

Mr. Davis is the author and co-author of numerous books and articles covering a wide variety of construction law topics. Mr. Davis has an AV Preeminent Peer Rating by Martindale-Hubble and has been selected for inclusion in Business North Carolina’s “Legal Elite” and North Carolina “Super Lawyers.”
