Luke Farley grew up in North Tospail Beach, North Carolina. After attending North Carolina public schools, he graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Wake Forest University School of Law. Mr. Farley has experience in the areas of commercial suretyship, general contractor and real estate licensing, public contract construction bonds, and transportation and environmental regulations.
